Cocktail – “Penn Hop” – Wigle Hopped Whiskey, Penn Brewery IPA, Simple Syrup, Grapefruit Soda, Lemon Juice

Braised Short Rib, Orange Gremolata, Herb Dumpling

Cocktail – “Barrel-Aged Manhattan” – Wigle Organic Aged Rye, Sweet Vermouth, Pomander Orange Bitters, and Wigle Aromatic Bitters Conditioned in a Charred Oak Barrel – with a Wigle-Soaked Cherry
