Technically a Rose even though the color recalls of a light orange wine. In the palate it is more like a white wine with its fresh acidity, apple aromas and the nice stony minerality. You can detect a tiny hint of smokiness and a bit of oak also.

Monopole Blanco Clasico Rioja Spain

Straw yellow color with slight golden tonalities. On the nose, its a complex wine with notes of pear, apple, white currant, white flowers, dried fruits and spice. On the palate, there is salinity and an elegant acidity which provide freshness.

Clos Mogador “Com Tu” Montsant Tinto

The Garnacha grapes from La Figuera produce wines with a unique color range, tender and fluid; with a fresh aroma of flowers, orange peel, incense, as well as a wide range of white fruit and citrus. Very fresh. Its high alcohol content together with its extraordinary acidity, helps the wine to age perfectly. In the palate it is soft, with harmony, but the taste development goes in crescendo and it leaves us with an exceptional post-taste.

Final Course

Honey Pumpkin Flan – Chocolate Cookies

Lustau Oloros Sherry

Dark bronze color with golden rim. Pungent nutty aromas with a smoky wood background. Rich flavors of bitter chocolate, walnuts and baked chestnuts. This Oloroso wine has an intense, concentrated aftertaste, lightened by a tangy acidity.
