An unusual California blend bursting with flavor.

3rd Course

Veal Braciole

Veal Stuffed with a Wild Mushroom Farce with Natural Pan Sauce, Stewed White Beans and Winter Greens, and Charred Rosemary and Lemon Grissini

Wine – Rodney Strong Cabernet Sauvignon, 2012

The refined elegance of this rich wine defines the Alexander Valley appellation of Sonoma.

Cannoli

Pretzel Cannoli with a Rich Chocolate Mousse, Caramel and Smoked Sea Salt

Wine – Steelhead Vineyards Pinot Noir, 2013

Beautiful balance and outstanding depth characterize this light but complex red wine from the pristine North Coast of Sonoma.  7% of all proceeds are donated to preserve habitats of the Steelhead trout.
