 1st Course – Grilled Scallops with a Tamarind BBQ Sauce, Cilantro Micros, and Candied Ginger

BBQ Style Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb with a Mustard BBQ Sauce

and Carolina Napa Cabbage Slaw with a Medley of Roasted Beets

Wine – Rodney Strong Knotty Vine Zinfandel, Sonoma

4th Course – Macerated Apricots and Nectarines with Crunchy Cobbler Crumbs, and Sweetened Mascarpone Cheese
