Buena Vista Winery Wine Dinner

Buena Vista, founded in 1857 by an enigmatic Hungarian Count, is the oldest and most significant winery in the country. Join us as we welcome George Webber, actor, historian, storyteller, and imperial impersonator as he presents himself as the honorable Count of Buena Vista! The Count tells the story and introduces the wines of Buena Vista Winery in the elegant setting of a gourmet four-course meal.


This unique experience will be held on Thursday evening, May 30th, at 7:00 p.m.



1st Course – Pork and Duck Rillettes, Pastrami Bacon, Grilled Focaccia Flat Bread, Whipped Chèvre, Minus 8 Vinegar

Wine – Buena Vista Chardonay, Carneros

2nd Course – Cold Seared Tuna Loin, Oyster and Foie Gras Fried Rice, Pickled Carrots and Scallions, Soy Drizzle

Wine – Buena Vista Pinot Noir, North Coast

3rd Course – Veal Bracciole, Tomato-Red Wine Braise, Polenta, Fried Rosemary and Garlic

Wine – Chateau Buena Vista Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa

4th Course – Sweet Brioche, House Strawberry Jam, Blueberry Compote, Wild Flower Honey Whipped Cream

Wine – Buena Vista “La Victoire” Brut Champagne
