Holly Scott from Vintage Wines will lead us on a unique four-course exploration of wines from the fabulous Bordeaux region. Each course will be paired with distinctive cuisine from Executive Chef Jonathan Holzer.

1st Course – Grilled Snapper in a Jerk-Spiced Coconut Broth with Smoked Clams and a Sweet & Spicy Pepper Chutney

2nd Course – Ragout de Boulettes – A French Canadian Classic of Pork Meatballs Flavored with Garlic and Nutmeg in a Rich Pan Sauce Garnished with Herbs and Rustic Bread
Wine – Chateau la Pervenche (Merlot/Cabernet), Lalande-de-Pomerol
3rd Course – Grilled Roulade of Boeuf – Marinated Flank Steak with a Rich Chili Crust, Garlic and Herb Filling, Sauce Molé, Smoky Tomatillo Salsa, and Braised White Beans
Wine – Chateau Tourteran (Cabernet/Merlot), Haut Medoc
4th Course – Maple Canelés – Classic Bordeaux Pastry with Caramelized Almonds, Maple Brittle, and Fresh Berries
Wine – Chatuea Les Mingets, Sauternes
