Fat Tuesday Beer Dinner – Tuesday, February 28th

Join us for a unique celebration of Mardi Gras. A delicious four-course meal inspired by Creole cuisine. Each course will be served with an accompanying beer from Goose Island Brewery in Chicago.  New Orleans and Chicago – paired beautifully together!

This fun and distinctive experience will be held on Tuesday evening, February 28th, at 7:00 p.m.

1st Course – Shrimp Creole Empanada with Pea Sprouts, Pickled Onions, and Sauce Étouffée

Beer – Goose Island Sofie, Belgian-Style Farmhouse Ale

2nd Course – Tasso Carpaccio with Sunny Side Up Egg, Greens, Black Garlic Croutons, and Hollandaise

Beer – Goose Island 312 Urban Wheat Ale

3rd Course – Creole Porchetta – Slow Roasted Pork Belly with Andouille-Style Sausage, Pimento Aioli, Red Beans and Rice, and Caramelized Sprout Leaves
