“Cooking with Wine” Wine Dinner

Join us for an interesting and fun four-course dinner featuring a blind wine tasting.  Each course of food will be prepared with some varietal wine element.  At each course, guests will also be served a glass of the same varietal wine in a blind tasting.  Through tasting the food, tasting the wine, and conversation, guests will decipher each wine’s varietal origin.

This unique experience will be held on Thursday evening, April 16th, at 7:00 p.m.

1st Course – Braised Squid with Chorizo, Olives, Capers, Saffron Aioli, and Toasted Baguette

2nd Course – Samosas

Crispy Phylo Dough Turnovers Filled with Roasted Potatoes, Cauliflower, and Delicate Indian Spices– with Tomato Chutney

3rd Course – Cold-Smoked, Seared Duck Breast with Sauce Beurre Rouge, Sweet Garlic Flan, and Petite Fennel

Wine – Red

4th Course – Poached Pears with White Chocolate Mousse, Raspberry Gelee, and Caramelized Granola Crisp
