Departing from our traditional evening wine events, join us for a new and exciting experience. We welcome you to an afternoon of food, wine, and discussion.
Join Chef Jon & General Manager Randy for this fabulous afternoon beginning with an informative discussion about the process of, not only picking wines, but also matching them with food in a way that creates an adventure for any meal. We will feature wines from Somos Winery, located in the McLaren Vale of South Australia, a winery that uses a minimal intervention approach to wine making and are setting the world on fire in doing so. Chef will then demonstrate how to create the final course.
After the demo and discussion, you will indulge in several courses of food and wine to experience how creative pairings can take you on adventure within a meal. At the culmination of your experience Chef will have some extra treats for you to take home and try for yourself.
